Have you ever felt like you were completely maxed out– like you couldn’t possibly give any more, yet you knew it would take more to get where you wanted to go?
Often when we find ourselves in these predicaments, we think the answer is to sleep less, work more, and push harder to get the job done. While working harder is undoubtedly a good answer, it’s not always the correct answer, especially when we’ve reached maximum capacity.
That was the case for Dale and Brian. They were hitting their stride. The business was growing, and sales were coming in, but there was just one problem: their demand was higher than they could meet. There were only so many hours in a day, and even when working at maximum capacity, there was only so much two guys could do.
They took risks, gave up everything, and bet on themselves…but was it time for them to bet on others?
As Brian said, “It’s not always about working harder; sometimes you need to start doing things differently.”
Listen today as Dale and Brian share their revelation about multiplying their time and unpack what that looks like in real-life applications.
