    15: Guided Meditation on Self Love

    Welcome back to another aligned episode my friends! Self-love and self-trust have been re-occurring repeatedly in my life lately which led me to hold space in meditation for myself more and more. So, today I want to lead you through this short guided meditation on self-love, self-trust so that you can use this tool throughout your days as well. I really want to encourage you to get into this practice of checking in with yourself in the morning, in the evening, and throughout your day. It doesn’t mean you have to sit in your perfect meditation space, or even be a meditation if you don’t want it to be. This meditation can be a moment you set aside to tune into source and remember who you really are and that is what I want to take you through today, just a short guided meditation on self-love to help you remember who you are. Before diving in I encourage you to silence your phone and do your best to be in a space where you will be undisturbed.     13: What is Somatic Healing?

    Today I want to share one of my absolute favorite healing & personal development tools I use in my coaching programs. Somatic healing is a deep healing modality that digs into the core of your trauma, or block that might be keeping you from living in your most aligned state. We are meant to be in alignment with what lights us up, but over time we can begin to carry traumas of all kinds with us instead of growing with those hurdles.     12: Your Permission Slip to Put it Down

    It has been over a month since recording a podcast, and while I missed it, I had to give myself permission to really honor what I wanted this last summer to be like with my kids. Recording a podcast with two almost kindergarteners running around is near impossible in a quiet, productive fashion without me becoming frustrated or anything. So I made a conscious decision to set it down and trust that you all, my community, would still be here when I pick back up when school started again.
