Mona is a person that wears many hats, but first and foremost she sees herself as a wife and a mother. She has been married for 21 years, and has 3 (almost) grown up children. Personal development has been a passion for Mona for over a decade now, and the heart to help others has been a constant in her life either as a nurse, massage therapist or personal trainer. Even in her current position as a regional manager in amusement parks, her focus is always the people and making sure they thrive and grow where they are. Her personal journey through self-development, coined with her heart for helping has now brought Mona to the field of life coaching - where she works with women that have been victims of power abuse,- either by a boss, teacher or family member, go from discouraged to EMPOWERED.
