Leadership, by definition, means you are ahead of the pack. But every true leader knows that they cannot lead alone. Always leading, always being "on" leads to burnout and resentment. In order to scale, you must slow down and figure out how to distribute the weight, you must allow yourself to be held and supported by others, and you must trust and empower your team to rise in their own leadership.
