I’m new to the podcast and have been binging on them. I love Megan’s directness and how she doesn’t beat around the bush. She’ll tell it to you straight. It’s nice to hear things I haven’t heard elsewhere too. Glad an accidental search for how much protein should I have brought me to her website!
