I can’t thank you enough, Josh, for creating this life-changing podcast. I consider myself 95% healed from ulcerative colitis just by listening to Reversible! My symptoms started at age 42, and by 45, after my first colonoscopy, I was officially diagnosed. The doctors put me on meds, and while they worked temporarily, the flares kept coming back—each one worse than the last. Nights were unbearable, with the worst pain keeping me awake. I was constantly tired, embarrassed, and struggling to maintain any kind of quality of life. Over the years, I did everything I could think of to improve my situation. I ate fairly healthy, exercised daily, and avoided soda and alcohol. I even joined ulcerative colitis support groups on Facebook, desperate for answers. That’s where someone recommended your podcast, and it completely changed my life. I started listening during sleepless nights, and it all just began to click. The knowledge you shared, the guests you brought on, and the books they recommended were eye-opening. I’ve read five or six of those books, but the game-changer for me was cutting out wheat. That alone was transformative! Now, I’ve been off all medications for a year and haven’t had a single flare-up. I still tune in to your episodes because I keep finding new, helpful details. Your recent episode on fungus might just be the key to the last 5% of my healing journey. Josh, you are truly an extraordinary human being.
