Glenn is the founder of Sauna Times and the Sauna Research Institute (S.R.I) Glenn has been doing sauna protocols for over thirty years with authentic wood-burning heat. He is a builder of saunas and sells DIY instruction manuals to build a personal wood-burning sauna. Glenn was born and raised in Upstate, NY but now resides in Minnesota.

In this episode, we talk about Glenn’s experiences’ with saunas and how he became hooked. Also, Harv and Glenn touch on his experience in Europe where he did some intense Fire & Ice training.
