I’ve been listening to this podcast for a year or two now. When Josh and Alessandra announced they were changing things up and adding another host I thought, “Great. Probably ruined.” I’m very much a if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it girl. I was wrong!!! Joelle is a fantastic addition to this podcast. She brings out a chatty side of this podcast and now it feels like 3 friends talking, sharing information, and teasing each other. It’s a fun and informative podcast!

I’m so happy I stumbled upon your instagrams and started listening to your podcast! I was also excited to find you don’t live too far from me! (I grew up in NY and now live in CT) I’m due with baby #3 in early April so I find your content so relatable. I’m still lifting heavy, doing cardio, and feeling great! I’m learning so much from your podcasts and just want to say thank you & happy holidays!

I love listening to this podcast on my long runs. They give practical and simple ways to make healthy living a lifestyle. I love how they don’t sugarcoat things but they also offer simple steps to help on your journey. I’m grateful for this free resource!

One of the few podcasts that goes right to the top of the queue when a new episode drops! I’ve followed all three hosts for around 6 years and really started implementing their advice the last 3. I can honestly say I’m a different person today than I was before I started following them. They offer practical advice on improving healthy habits and back up their advice with a scientific explanation that is also easy to follow. I’ve really enjoyed the Q&A episodes each week because it helps me to hear the struggles other people deal with and how I can apply the recommendations to my own life. If someone were to listen to this podcast and apply what they learn even just 70% of the time, I believe they could radically improve their life both from a mental health standpoint and from physical health standpoint. Application is key though; the banter is fun and entertaining but you still have to do the work to see the real benefits. Love you guys! Can’t wait to see what the next year brings for this amazing community you’ve helped foster!
