I had stayed away from this podcast because my STRs weren’t in Michigan. When I suddenly found myself looking at a property in Michigan I decided to try the podcast again. While the hosts are very knowledgeable about the Michigan market, the advice they give extends past the state lines for sure. I’ve been binge listening just to get caught up on all the great information! Thanks guys!
