Today I sit down and chat with Jane Simmons, who is a certified personal fitness trainer. Jane talks about her experience with getting her certification, some fitness myths that she debunks and how she created her own program in the middle of the pandemic. Her program, Movement and Mindset, focuses on connecting the body with the mind through movement and fitness.
