Regardless of your current employment status, the practical, holistic guidance offered by Mallory is clearly presented and much more than standard advice about resume wording. The episode covers a lot of ground, but one part that differentiated it from other advice on this topic is Mallory’s prioritization of practical self care and ownership of one’s outlook and impact on others. Always direct and helpful, there are many suggestions for actions you can take today. Please keep the excellent content coming, Mallory!

So let me preface this by saying that based on the lack of new podcasts- I think this might already on its way out. I hope that she’s achieved her goal of this podcast (to prove herself to the admin community both inside and outside of Google). And I appreciate that she’s invested in showcasing the ways that admins are underrated and undervalued in todays society. However, please invest in some good audio equipment. Take the time to edit out and improve the sound quality. Feature shorter episodes that also query people’s questions who work in admin and how to deal with the day to day struggles that admin deal. A lot of potential but falls just short of the mark of something that I would recommend.
