Mette Johansson (MBA, PCC, CSP) is a highly awarded, sought-after consultant, speaker, author, social entrepreneur, trainer and coach.
She worked in leadership roles across Asia and Europe for multinational corporations for 15 years before she founded MetaMind Pte Ltd, a training consultancy, which creates great people leaders by focusing on the “people side of leadership skills”. In addition, she is the Founder and Chair of the not-for-profit KeyNote Women Speakers.
She speaks on Authentic, Inclusive and Inspirational Leadership to large corporations, including Pfizer, Citibank, Microsoft, UPS and Airbnb.
Her latest book, “Narratives – the stories that hold women back at work” has been published in 2024 with Penguin Random House.
