I was fortunate enough to be one of the callers to get some help from the team. After sharing my mobility issue with shoulder and back squats, the team led me to Maps prime and maps prime Pro! Just to hear that there was a solution available brought me hope. I’m currently working my way through regular assessments and prime movements to get me stronger and more mobile. I have learned a lot from this podcast and I trust their opinions and the research that they present. Sal, Adam, Justin, and Doug are entertaining to listen to no matter the topic and at this point their voices are comforting to me. This podcast is very well rounded, like my butt, thanks to them.

I first heard of Mind Pump through the Dr. John Delony show. It was an episode where Sal was helping a caller on Dr. John’s show and Sal was genuinely interested in helping this person succeed in their weight loss goals. I started listening because I was curious, I too am on a weight loss journey (or so I thought). I thought weight loss meant endless hours of cardio, getting better at running and strength training just meant I used weights in my workout (Hah, NOT!) After listening to a couple episodes, I realized they give fitness advice for the everyday person. To use a Dave Ramsey analogy, they put the cookies on the shelf so that everyone can reach them. Their advice is simple yet effective and their messaging is consistent. At 45 years old they have inspired me to focus on getting strong and their comprehensive MAPS programs have helped me in that journey. I would recommend this podcast to anyone who is looking to get in shape, for life, without beating yourself up (mentally or physically)!
