17. The ONLY 7 Things You Need to ACTIVATE Your Business

Folks, welcome back to the pod. I took a hot minute because I was traveling and sick but alas I am back to continue the conversation about ACTIVATING your business.

In the last few episodes I’ve shared about different angles of activating your business. What I mean by activating your business is moving it across the threshold of dream or idea to reality – launching your business into the world. I gave you a look at what changed for me to activate my business and the importance of THE BUILD phase in your entrepreneurial journey (that phase we often want to skip over).

Today, I want to give you the ONLY 7 things you need to truly activate your business and you are probably going to be shocked at how fundamental and simplistic these are. Notice I said simple, not easy. 

Before we dive in, I think it’s safe to say if you aren’t making money in your  business, or arent making consistent money – one of a few things need your focus: 

1. You’re overcomplicating it by adding more

2. You haven’t launched in a real way

3. You aren’t clear on the basics (business anchors – who you are, what you do , for who)

4. You don’t have a consistent practice of showing up for your business

I guarantee you if you come back to these basics: a focused process, intentional approach to launching products, clearly defined business foundation and consistency you WILL inevitably build a successful business.
