Rachel Vandenberg grew up in her family's hotel business in Stowe, Vermont then traveled the world and worked in several industries before returning to Vermont to co-own and operate the Sun & Ski Inn and Suites with her husband, Mark. In this episode, she shares their Vermont origin story and discusses her latest industry endeavors.

With her expertise in leadership and organizational development, Rachel founded The Travel Leader to coach established leaders in travel and hospitality and provide valuable content and resources to the industry. She partners with her clients to strengthen self-leadership and outward facing leadership competencies so they can be more effective in their roles. Outside of her work, she is a mom of three and loves to be in the woods on a bike or skis.
