Others like me means a lot

I found Carole through the ND Lived Experience Summit talk and her compassion and knowledge led me to know I needed to invest more time learning from her. Between everyone, it’s something so relieving to see so many of my own experiences lived through others. And of course all of us were feeling alone and othered at times in our lives. This means a lot to have a community and when the community shares information and research with one another to help everyone it feels as if we’ve stumbled upon a huge solution that needs to be more widespread. I’m here for the ride while I work through my own ND burnout. Been on this chronic cycle of burnout for 35 years. Time to change that one small step at a time.
Sooo happy to have found this!

It’s so refreshing to hear others talk about autism and it’s almost like they are reading the script from your own head! Absolutely wonderful! You have a life long listener here!
