John Saintignon is an experienced and successful basketball coach at the International Professional, NCAA Division 1, NCAA Division 2, and High School levels — and a three-time NCAA All-American as a player and a former professional player.

Upon returning from Japan in 2023, John began consulting with a biopharmaceutical company in California after visiting with the CEO while coaching in Japan. His curiosity led him to discover how this company produced global access to critical pharmaceuticalsto combat Sickle Cell Disease.

John took the reins of Head Coach of the Yamaguchi Patriots in Japan B. League in their historic first-ever franchise, 2021-2023.
