In this episode of the podcast, I have female firefighter Annette Zapp (AZ). She has her own business getting firefighters fit to fight called Fire Rescue Wellness. We discuss what the process is like getting hired to a fire department as a female and we also discuss the importance of health and wellness for a long-lasting career.
