    healing is a journey, its not linear, and you can restart more than once. & most importantly, you're never truly healing alone.

    On the last (!) episode of the season before 2023, we talk about how to make new traditions surrounding the Holidays that are focused on balance and maintaining routine. 
    One of these new traditions is learning how to set New Year's resolutions with a "why." So, a few friends answered 2 simple questions: "What is one thing you have learned this year" and "What is one thing you want to focus on next year." Listening to their answers, you will be able to see a clear theme in how these answers can bring them to make a meaningful resolution that could actually stick. Plus, maybe some of their answers will inspire you to make your own!

    With the Holidays in full swing, a lot of us are already reflecting on this past year and looking forward to the New Year. 
    This week, we discuss figuring out a "why" when setting New Years resolutions, setting boundaries with friends/family/romantic connections when making a change in life (especially around our relationship with alcohol), and discuss tips on how to maintain these resolutions. 
    It takes both self-discovery and conversations with others to set a boundary - so lets unpack that a bit more!

I seriously could listen to Hana talk all day! She has an incredible way of making people feel seen, understood, and heard.
