    Dive Report - Bora Bora - 2 Shallow Divers - Episode 4

    A dive report from our eight dives during our honeymoon in Bora Bora. These were our first dives outside of our scuba certification process and they quickly blew our mind. Manta rays, eagle rays, black tip sharks, lemon sharks, and so much more awaited us in our four days of diving. We discuss our dive shop experience, the dive sites we visited, our dive highlights as well as some issues we didn't feel so great about. While this was an amazing diving experience, we did need a little help and we talk about how the dive masters responded to that. Finally, we share the story about how this honeymoon trip almost completely fell apart when we turned around 2.5 hours into a flight to return to our departure airport and how "Saint Victoria" helped save our trip! Okay, fair warning, it's a type of fist-bump, but we think it's a safe way to identify yourself as a scuba diver...a nerdy scuba diver, but a scuba diver nonetheless. Haigh Quary Kankakee - It really is a pretty great place to dive in Illinois and fantastic for scuba training lessons. Although when Molly came upon this 2010 video, she couldn't help but chuckle at the "Caribbean of the Midwest" line. Visit Yap - Yeah, it's in Micronesia which doesn't count as Polynesia...Sean was definitely wrong about that one. Eagle Rays in Tahiti - This is what Molly remembers her eagle ray experience to be like. They're especially amazing from the side views, that's how we were watching them. Cuttlefish Camouflage - Couldn't find a video quite like what Sean described, but cuttlefish are amazing!
