20: Birth During COVID, Unmedicated Twin Hospital Birth & Homebirth with Gal Shyli Rosenberger

In this episode of the Birth Uprising Podcast, I interview Gal Shyli Rosenberger - a mom of 4 who has experienced the unmedicated birth of twins in the hospital, a birth center birth during the insanity of 2020, followed by a home birth. Gal is a certified Hypnobirthing Educator, Postpartum Doula, and owner of Embrace Birth & Beyond. She also runs a Facebook group called Peanut Moms of Westchester, where she gathers mothers & their littles to offer a community to so many who feel alone in their parenting journey.
