Maria Trusa is the CEO of Formé Medical Center & Urgent Care and TransForméMD: Women's Health Center in White Plains, New York. An innovative healthcare leader, she has transformed a struggling business into a multimillion-dollar company providing essential services to the underserved Latino community.

Maria Trusa is also the founder of Yo Digo No Más, a nonprofit focused on raising awareness of child sexual abuse in Latino communities. A passionate philanthropist and public speaker, she advocates for trauma-informed systems, mental health support, and immigrant empowerment. Trusa's work is inspired by her own journey overcoming early childhood trauma and abuse.
