2024 ALC Project Breakdown: Zan Wesley Holmes Jr. Community Outreach Center

On this episode, we take a look behind the scenes of the 2024 ALC-Community Investors Project to construct a new headquarters of Zan Wesley Holmes Jr. Community Outreach Center (ZWHJCOC). The project is the first in the new Dallas Catalyst Project: Mill City initiative to get underway. Our guest is Frances Smith-Dean, ZWHJCOC's Executive Director.
