In this episode, we’re not talking about child sleep much. Instead, we’re talking about some thing that’s been sitting on my mind and heart recently — your mental health. 

I am not a medical mental health professional, and this podcast is not loaded with steps to decrease your anxiety or improve your mental health. Rather it’s a raw, unscripted talk about how I’ve struggled and a few things that have helped me.

The most important thing I hope you take away from this episode is that it's okay to put your needs first sometimes.
