I listen to a lot of podcasts about entrepreneurship, law firm management, marketing, and well-being. A Different Practice is the only podcast that combines all these topics into a fun, thoughtful, and honest discussion. The honesty and, at times, vulnerability, of the hosts and guests really make this a different podcast worthy of listening. I find myself actively checking to see if a new episode has been released (and there are only 2 or 3 podcasts that I obsess about like that). As a solo/small firm owner, it’s easy to sometimes feel alone, but this podcast pulls me out of that, and it’s really helped me with my business, my practice, and my sanity!

Few attorneys AND podcast hosts know how to ask questions that get at the meat of improving your practice. Lauren understands one industry, the environment, and the action it takes to transform practice. I’m so thoroughly impressed by her and can’t more enthusiastically encourage attorneys to follow her lead… and her podcast ;)

Great content full of practical tips. We work so incredibly hard to become attorneys, just to burn out on the grind of day-to-day practice. This aims to fix that. Power stuff that can really create seismic change one different practice at a time. Also Lauren’s voice is so friendly and soothing it’s like having a conversation with a warm colleague.
