This is where we dig deep on topics such as gut health, nutrition, give light to the food industry and highlight specific ingredients you either should or should not be taking for your health. I thought I was crazy

Ever since getting COVID 2.5 years ago, I’ve had one health issue after another: extreme fatigue, new food intolerances, extreme bloat, slow digestion, constipation, neck pain, inflamed and stiff joints, anxiety, weight loss followed by rapid weight gain for no reason… I spent a year being tested for everything under the sun but doctors couldn’t figure things out and ultimately said it’s due to long COVID. I thought I was going crazy and that it was all in my head. After listening to Bethany’s podcast, I learned how many of these issues are connected and I wasn’t crazy after all! She’s been a valuable resource for me in my health journey. Thanks Lil Sipper!
