Find Your Food Voice--formerly The Love Food Podcast--is a podcast—and a movement—to fix diet culture. Because you don’t need fixing. I’m your host, registered dietitian and food behavior expert Julie Duffy Dillon. The 1st 2 episodes I listened to hit me right on time. First, post election I knew that my emotional eating was normal, but I really wasn’t sure that was right for me as a person with an eating disorder. Those 9 minutes reached me in my core & converted my belief. Such relief! The 2nd episode was on fear of getting diabetes. Once again, it was EXACTLY what I needed to hear in that moment. My RD sent me to this podcast & I’m so grateful she did. Thank you Julia!!

If you’re on contemplating starting or already on your path to “food peace”, or maybe cannot even put those two words side by side yet, this podcast is a great resource of information and encouragement. For those of us with PCOS, Julie is a great resource for that. If you’re trying to take back your life and body from the diet culture machine, this podcast is a must.
