    When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace - Jimi Hendrix.  In our second part of the Genuine Power series, I'm inviting us to explore a different way to look and see the dynamics of power at play on our planet, in people, and how we ourselves can contribute to the kind of power that leads to peace, for all. I love using the power of language to evolve how we see things - to wake us up to what is real, what's interfering and distracting us, and where we do have the power to be pioneers in co-creating the new, for ourselves, those we influence and interact with and the larger ecosystems and planet we are a part of.  Some things we'll explore together today : From Patriarchy --> Power-archy From Polarizing Duality Reality -->to New Possibility Paradoxes From Domination --> Synergy  A Wisdom Model for how to go through these times - Wisdom-Power-Love My intention is that this conversation will serve to give us insight and wisdom to keep bringing us each back to center, and to remember the power of connection to our hearts, the planet, and the people on it. As well as to give us a elevated way to understand our current times .... which are tied to thousands of years of entertwined power threads ... so we can open our eyes and tune into our bodies and beings to what is real and true. And embrace our unique part and path through this time many call "the Great Change."  There are no simple answers. No one is winning on a planet where so much destruction and domination is thriving. No one is losing, because the story is not over yet.  This is not our time to give our power away to any party or person ... ideology or tribe ...  Not the time to label.  And definitely not the time to let our frequenices get mucked up and our co-creative power get distrracted  by all of the interference, fear and chatter out there.  Tune in my friends .... this is the time to go within, and listen.     Hello Dear Ones! After a month of being silent mode (and navigating a natural disaster) ... sitting with what words and wisdom wanted to emerge to support and guide us through these intense, transformative times... the inspiration came through for a 3-part series on Power ... specifically what I am calling "Genuine Power" - natural, innate, native power, different than authentic power and for sure different than distorted power. We are going to explore what genuine power looks and feels like ... what distorted, destructive power looks and feels like ... what is at the roots of both...  how do we open up our eyes to see and discern truth and reality .... and then how do we apply our co-creative power to reimagine the way we and this world work, now, from the inside out. This first episode in the series is #254: A Call to Honor, Humanity & Sanity.   Imagine this: What if in order to hold a position of power and leadership in any system - from a corporation to government to a family or community - a person had to meet the qualifications of embodying and expressing Honor, Humanity and Sanity ... and they also had to create an environment that instilled and cultivated those qualities in others?     Remember, the fertlizer to the see of new, elevated realities are to imagine it, bring language to it, and then through our voices, choices, presence, relations and projects, co-create it. In the podcast we will hone in on HONOR. HUMANITY. SANITY and use the power of the definitions below to bring forth the essence of what we are talking about what leadership - personal and systemic - looks and feels like when it's rooted in wholeness.  Genuine - native, natural, innate Honor - regard to respect. honesty. integrity. Honor is the harmony between humility and dignity.  Humility - freedom from false pride or arrogance, not equating worth to being better than Dignity - healthy self respect, quality of being worthy of honor  Sanity - health/healthy. the ability to think and behave in normal, reasonable manner, sound power of mind.  Humanity - man + earth, humane, to be a steward, to show care for other humans without regard to how their beliefs or choices may be different or similar to yours.  See you there!     Power Pause: Reset Imbalances + Refocus Your Energy for Last Part of the Year

    Wise beings know how to use the natural cycles of the earth and universe to support us to grow our work, wealth and relationships, and to support our overall wellbeing, and keep us focused on what matters. Which is why at the quarter point shifts of the year - Solstices and Equinoxes - our personal leadership best practice (and one we can do with our teams and partners) is taking what I call a Power Pause. Equinoxes specifically are all about illuminating imbalances, shifting habits to restore wellbeing, and re-focusing your priorities and intentions for the next quarter. In this episode we focus on the last quarter - between now and the end of the Roman calendar year (about 9 weeks) or between now and end of January, the start of the new lunar calendar year (about 12 weeks). Tune into this Power Pause and take a step back to get some perspective on the main parts of your whole life - your work in the world, your wellbeing foundation, your relationships and your personal growth / presence.   I will lead us through a creative inquiry process including somatic visualization to tune into and get clear on: Where you truly desire to focus your energy, time and resources this last part of the year - so you start the new year in a good space + create momentum for next year What two focus points - in your work in the world + your wellbeing foundation - matter most this last part of the year What two relationships - with an individual and with a group/team/family/system are imbalanced and need a reset.   See you there!  Christine  P.S. Imagine if our culture embraced that all humans are designed differently, which means what supports our wellbeing - mind, body, heart, spirit - will be different. Therefore, the way we work, and the environments we work within need to be flexible, fluid and responsive to the different kinds of work styles required to empower and enable diverse humans to thrive. Imagine a world in which we defined work not just by what we did to receive money, but all the ways in which we give our energy, care, and time to a system…including caregiving & creative expression…as well as the jobs & roles we play within organizations and professions. In this episode, Christine and Jennifer explore 3 Realms to illuminate the way you are designed to work best, liberate you from what doesn't align, and then begin to take small but significant steps to bring your reality into alignment with your design now. And while it is about us as individuals, Co-Creation (emphasis on “co” piece) is not just about us as individuals - this is where the courage, compassion, and connection comes in to give us true super power.     You and I have the super power to consciously choose to catalyze ourselves vs. wait to be catalyzed the big “Universal 2x4.” We have the power to work with the catalyzing energy happening on our planet right now in a way that supports and serves us and others vs. overwhelming us.     249: Pause. Listen. CoCreate - Feminine Leadership Practice for Charting Your Course into Changing Times

    One of the things I love about the practice of cyclical planning and co creation is that it gives us the space to tune into wisdom before moving into action. If we dare to take that space - which could be days, weeks or months, we gain so many things really hard to see or believe if we are only operating in the busy mode of our day to day.  Things like:  Clarity on what matters .... where the momentum is... where it's not.  Acknowledgment of all the incremental progress we have made ... that's easy not to see or receive if we don't pause. Guidance that comes from a deeper wisdom than our minds can source.  Which is why I'm inviting you to take a breath, take a beat, and experiment with this practice I call Pause. Listen. Co-Create. It's one of the practices for' how' we create space for ourselves to evolve into the next, while sustaining the now, and releasing that which we no longer need. This is a practice we do every August - the first harvest of the year - but you can do it anytime. I will lead you through the 3 parts - 1.Incremental Progress - What are you harvesting now because of where you put your attention, intention and resources the last 4 months of last year? 2. Pausing - Reflect on the wisdom gained. What do you want to take with you / focus on into the rest of this year (this will create your harvest next year!)  3. Listening - What's falling off? What's shapeshifting? Where's the momentum taking you? 4. Co-Create - What space + structure do you need to experiment, explore and elevate?  I will also check in with you on where I've been in my own journey these last few months using this process to chart my course forward.     248: Feminine Wisdom for Intense & Changing Times

    We’re all feeling the intensity – so how can Feminine Wisdom support us to navigate through it? Well, it starts with taking a pause, putting on our “wise being glasses,” and then taking a deeper look at what is going on in the Field (the bigger collective world) and in our personal field (our own inner experiences, relationships and reality). This pause allows us to see what is real, what is needed, what the patterns are, and to find the wisdom to navigate the now and the next. In this episode, Christine and Jennifer explore how Feminine Wisdom can support us in intense times, to elevate and expand our consciousness, so that we can liberate ourselves from the stuff we just don’t want to carry with us or create from anymore.
