Let’s talk about corporate profits when we talk about unions and strikes
2 ngày trước
Edit regarding interview with Bernie sanders - Michael, why do sound annoyed by Bernie? It was very annoying to listen to your whining and the, “here we go”. Bernie is answering your questions and has never wavered on his position. What do you expect? — NYT does such a disservice to the conversation around unions and strikes. Where is the conversation around corporate profits?? Of course you talk about how the costs of these contracts will ultimately come at the cost of the consumer - but WHY will we be the people dealing with these increased costs? Because corporate greed will always persist. Can you please talk about the entire problem? It really puts unions and labor activists in a bad light - and they are NOT the problem.
From Resistance to Reflection … how is this news.

I so want to like the Daily. I like that everyday there is a new podcast and that the production quality is top notch. But the recent episode “From Resistance to Reflection” … are you joking. How is this news? The New York Times just gave a bunch of whiny feminist a platform to complain about how devastated they are to not have the presidential election go their way. I get it … some people are disappointed by the presidential election outcome. Happens every 4 years. How is it news to listen to people groan about it for 25 min? I thought for sure there was no way the whole podcast was this whining. I was wrong.
The “Why” Is Simple

What nonsense. Why he won is much, much simpler. He isn’t a BROWN WOMAN. Our once great nation has finally caved in to its racist, misogynistic minorities: white men. Shame, shame on us.
