I love when Thursday rolls around and I get to listen to a new podcast. I’ve been listening since the Girls Gone Wod days and just love how easy-going this podcast is. Love the topics and just the way you two connect on air!!! Thanks for keeping this going so long ladies!

They’re political bantering while preaching tolerance and open mindedness is confusing and small minded.

In the busy season of full time work and raising young kids, this is my weekly self-care ritual...like a good conversation with close friends. I love that they share differing perspectives and also aren’t afraid to evolve their opinions over time- and that really no topic is off limits. Just like it would be with a real life BFF. Also always good for a solid laugh that feels like an inside joke between you and your bestie! Cheers to more meaningful conversation, resisting cultural “norms”, and applying mean girls to everything!

I really enjoy the banter between Joy and Claire. I especially enjoy Claire’s humor. The topics are pretty darn entertaining. Their politics come through pretty clearly at times, so I just skip through that. One suggestion for Joy - please work on your up-speak! It makes everything you say sound like a question and immature.
