I’ve always had a pretty strong sense of self-motivation. I graduated top 5 out of high school, got a scholarship to play D1 football, got my MBA, and even had a shot at the NFL. I’ve always expected greatness of myself. I mention that because even after all the accolades and accomplishments, I still felt lost on how to scale my passion. Your YouTube channel, podcast, and Mastermind group has showed me that building a fund is possible. That’s all I ever needed. Show me the way. Give me some sort of direction, and I’ll take care of the work. I always pray, “God, meet me 10% of the way and I’ll take care of the rest.” Bridger, in this space, you have been my 10%. Bridger and team are very knowledgeable and disruptive (in a good way) in the fund and private equity space. Each episode is brief but packed with powerful, actionable insights into building, launching and scaling funds and businesses. I particularly like how Bridger will interview a variety of successful people from a variety of industries. I’ve been following this podcast for a while and always look forward when new episodes are released.
