262: Bit by the Bikini Bug with Kiki McClellan

Bikini Diaries

Kiki McClellan is a full-time bodybuilding coach and competitor. She earned her Pro card after three years of competing in the 2020 NPC Nationals in Orlando, Florida. Kiki fell in love with fitness in college. Feeling confined by her sports management degree program, she ditched her corporate aspirations and in true trailblazer fashion, began to pursue her passions in bodybuilding. She now coaches athletes to be confident, courageous, and to speak up for themselves.

Sometimes all it takes is a shift in your life to truly be happy. Kiki shares her insights on self-doubt, fears, the importance of a support system, how to resist comparison, and tools to find the right coach. You don't want to miss this conversation!
