Nicolae Ceaușescu and sleepy bears.
So I checked out your videos starting with your podcast about the Ceaușescu’s and really enjoyed it. I lived in West Berlin at the time and had some friends who were in Bucharest at the time this all went down. Your take was essentially correct, and it made me laugh, which I think is the desired outcome. I will definitely be checking out some of your other podcasts, next up is the one you did on the Berlin Wall. Hope it’s equally entertaining.
No mistakes here!
If you like history, bits, and banter, then this is definitely the podcast for you. Mike and Bacon have a really great rapport with each other which makes listening to them feel like you're hanging out with two talky friends at your local neighborhood dive bar. 10/10 would listen again.
I like it
Sometimes people from history are dumb. And this teaches me about them.
