(Pinyin) shì jiè bàn dǎo tǐ zhì zào lóng tóu tái jī diàn zài měi guó fèng huáng chéng shè chǎng 、chuàng zào gōng zuò jī huì ，shì zhǎng biǎo shì huān yíng 。

(English) The world's leading chipmaker, TSMC, is planning to build a semiconductor plant in Phoenix, expected to create job opportunities. The mayor offered a welcome gesture.
