Lexi Crouch comes from a lived experience of an Eating Disorder / Anorexia Nervosa and has now been recovered for over a decade. Through her own experience and studies of bachelor of Health Science, Lexi works in the field of Eating Disorders and Mental Health as a Clinician and also Recovery Coach using her personal insights. She currently taking time off clinic to co-author a book but will be returning in July. She is regularly asked to speak at events, conference and education sessions and works closely with the Media as a Health Writer & Guest. Lexi believes in "keeping it real" as you can sense from her down to earth nature and is a big believer of helping others through the journey
Outside of her work, Lexi is a dedicated Yoga teacher & practitioner which has been a fundamental tool in her own recovery, enjoys spending time with her daughter Mabel and is working her way through her Master of Writing & Literature at Deakin University.
