I took macros 101 in Sept 2020 and have been a follower ever since. I know I’m slow to getting around and writing a review, but I am so impressed with the span of topics amber includes. I’ve loved everything from mindset to perimenopause and her latest one about ways to increase your child’s confidence. I love Amber and her scientific mind and enjoy every podcast I listen to.
