    33. Getting diagnosed with ADHD at 25 | signs, symptoms + medication?

    Hi tot fam! In today's episode I reveal all re: my recent ADHD diagnosis (woohoo finally!). I discuss the signs and symptoms I experienced throughout childhood into adulthood that pointed towards ADHD as well as the struggles I still face daily. If you're struggling, I highly recommend making an appointment to get that referral or talking to a psychologist about the possibility of getting tested if that's something you've been considering. I'm currently awaiting my covid test results (5 days and counting) and was eager to get back on my poddy shit for y'all.
