I’m glad you’re bringing this to light. My husbands family lives right by there. Audio needs improvement but that will come with time. Music is great. Nice job, keep it up. This needs to be solved.

I cannot believe how much poor research was put into this 1 sided podcast. There are so much misinformation in this podcast and it is only 5 episodes in. I am going to listen to the remaining episodes of this podcast just to listen to all the foolishness that it involves. It amaZing how the host knows how the parents of a kidnapped and murdered child should act! Everyone is different and they all deal with pain and grief differently. I am going to continue to add to this post as I listen to the podcast. Why did we have to listen to a guy who meet Jaclyn once and who only knows things that benefit his argument? I tend to wonder if the Guess family was so loving and caring why is there a member of the family who was willing to give away his parenting rights. People forget that Jaclyns biological father, Jimmy Guess, signed away his parenting rights and already kidnapped Jaclyn on at least 1 occasion. Did Jimmy Guess sign away his rights because he knew he wasn't fit to be a father? If that was the case then more power to him. Everything in this podcast is opinion. The opinion of someone who has zero recollection of the facts of the case. Being able to hangout and watch softball in grant park has nothing to do with someone's character. The host and interviewee somehow both have the ability to judge someone just by there own interactions with the person. If you want to truly get a real presentation around the facts of this case please refer to The Shattered Window Podcast. This was created about a year ago by an investigative reporter. The podcast is credible and only provides facts. Last but not least Timothy Guess confession is a fact because it was taped and transcribed. Timothy Guess said things that ONLY the killer would know. He lied to the FBI and the Police. I hate this kinda of podcast cause all it does is fill the world with false information.
one-sided misinformation

This podcast is completely one-sided and the arguments for their side are poorly supported. The “special guest” is a friend of Jaclyn’s aunt on the paternal father’s side who gave up his parenting rights and left for Florida. When asked how the special guest would describe Jaclyn he said “when you look at pictures…” Like, what?! From the first episode when Jaclyn was described with having BROWN eyes (she had BLUE eyes), I knew this podcast was going to be a joke…. Don’t waste your time with this one, folks.
