39: Finance

In this episode of the ARE Study Guide Podcast we will look at the financial components to managing a project and running an architecture firm at large. Finance is a HUGE topic, and fortunately for us we do not need to become experts on the entire subject matter to pass this component of the exam. We will look at the basic principles and discuss strategies for how to approach this topic when studying for the Practice Management Exam (PcM).
