People quitting their jobs has surged to record highs, motivated by a combination of factors that include families consolidating/downsizing, growth of gig-economy, boom of cryptocurrency, becoming unpaid caregivers, opportunity and better career mobility.
According to the Labor Department, roughly 4.3 million people quit their jobs. But where did they go? A better question is how do micro businesses take advantage of this unprecedent moment.
