4 - Palestine/Israel, Political Lives of Dead Bodies & I Am Cuba

the anthrotographer

The word of the week is; Interesting.

In this episode of 'the anthrotographer' I spoke on some thought provoking movies I've seen recently, the first being 'Planet of the Apes' (3:45). A sci-fi classic that in a way humbles humanity in its portrayal of our devolution.

I felt compelled to talk about the most important active event in world affairs; the genocide happening in Palestine (20:45). I try to discuss it in a thoughtful way with some historical context. But a better podcast to check out on the subject is 'Bad Faith'.

I spend some time talking about some passages in the book 'The Political Lives of Dead Bodies' (40:25). And finish off with some ramblings on the classic 1960s film 'I Am Cuba' (55:20).
