I follow Stephynie on LinkedIn where I interact with her posts, but here on the podcast, is where it comes ALIVE! You get to hear the questions that are asked, the answers and follow up questions that give the listener the feeling you are there in this “private” conversation. I have enjoyed listening to the episodes with Chris Voss, David Brier, Hala Taha, and many others! Those are my favorites! I have taken away many actionable items that can be put to practical use. I am trying to listen in order to catch up, but I like that I can pick an episode without worrying that I missed something. If you’re not listening to this, you need to!
Awesome stuff!

Fantastic! Really enjoyed David sharing his story recently and I very much enjoyed the Jared Allen podcast since I’m a huge sports fan. Looking forward to hearing more awesome content with your future guests!
Wow!! Just an amazing podcast.

I was initially interested to hear this point of view on becoming awesome like these folks but I couldn’t get through the episode with the corporate lawyer who drove through an “unmanned railroad crossing”, killed his dog and nearly killed his family and then waxed rhapsodic about learning life changing lessons. Such as blaming someone else for your life-altering mistakes and going on about how great your dog was for sacrificing himself for your wife while never mentioning that it wouldn’t have been necessary if you’d just paid attention and stopped for a railroad crossing. The blithe lack of self awareness was breathtaking and infuriating and that, on top of several other cringeworthy comments over other episodes, has convinced me that this is not the podcast for me.
