#48: The Three R's of Rest

I started diving into the why's and the how's of Rest, but realized I needed to define what Rest actually is. What I found out is that rest is intentional and can rejuvenate you in three different ways relaxing, refreshing, recovery. In this weeks episode I am diving deeper into these three R's of rest and sugggest small edits to encourage them.
