Today I would like to share with you one of the most under-rated tools available in creating your own experience of peaceful productivity.
That tool is self-compassion.
I have found self-compassion to be so powerful in creating more mindfulness, more acceptance, and in improving my overall mental health.
What is really fascinating is that our perception of self-compassion might run counter to traditional theories around motivation, achieving goals, and being productive.
In today's episode, I share how self-compassion can actually increase your productivity AND your ability to feel more peaceful in the process.
