    5.18.21 Upgrade Your Toolbox By Looking At Viewpoints

    Do you like it when someone pushes their point of view on you? Probably not. Do you push back, agree or withdraw? This week we dive deeper into Viewpoints. Every person sees the world differently based on their experiences, culture and environment.  When people fail to see each others' viewpoint, it results in conflict or disruption. If you want more freedom, this tool can set you free. If you can see the world from someone else's viewpoint, which doesn't mean agreeing, you will have more flexibility and joy in your life. Can you understand their perspective given how they are seeing the world? Does it make sense given that viewpoint? Be open! Again, you don't have to  agree just understand. We are all doing the best we can given our tools, understanding and history. Give others space to have their point of view without making them wrong. You'll find doors opening up in your life.  The more people feel heard, the better they show up for themselves, friends, family and community.     5.11.21 Upgrade Your Toolbox With Self-Responsibility

    Do you find yourself justifying, blaming or making someone else wrong? This is a symptom of not taking self-responsibility. It's become socially acceptable in our society to come up with a reason why things aren't working out or blame someone or something. To the degree that you do this, you'll find more challenges and frustrations in your life. This tool is a powerful way out of that pattern to get results to create the life you want. Do what you say you'll do and follow through or de-commit. By taking responsbility, there is always something you can do. It doesn't matter how small the action, you become in charge of your life and the results you get. Often times, it can be daunting when starting, so make it a game, with the only goal of taking more responsibilty as you go.     4.13.21 Create Our Ideal Outcome

    Do you have a clear outcome on what you are wanting to achieve? If not, how can you be accountable if you don't know where you are going? This week we dive into our Ideal Outcome. What area are choosing to gain certainty this month? Our focus is on who you are being in what you are doing. Be mindful... are you wanting an outcome rather embodying an outcome. When you want, you tell yourself you don't actually have it. So your experience will be more wanting. Instead, envision your outcome and embody it. How does it feel when you've created this? Who were you being while you created it? See your outcome as already done. When you embody your ideal outcome, you can see the areas where you aren't showing up fully and make adjustments to come into alignment. There is one factor that can be the catalyst to creating your ideal outcome. It comes down to necessity.     4.6.21 The Idea Generator

    This month we dive deep into Cultivating Certainty. The more certain you are the less doubt and hesitation you have. We are starting with the "Idea Generator" game. Have you ever had a problem that stumped you or felt like you couldn't find a solution? This process is a way to tap your inherent creativity and solve any problem. Free yourself and have fun! The key is you must be willing. If you aren't willing choose something else to play with this month. Remember back to when you were a child and you'd imagine different possibilities, this is what we are tapping into with the Idea Generator. Have fun, enjoy the process. This is a great way to connect to your creative nature. Here's the steps:  List out all non-optimal conditions in your life.  Choose one to work with for this month that you are willing to address.  Apply 10 minute magic and come up with ideas daily this week.  Play the Idea Generator game this week allocating time daily to write down ideas: smart ones, crazy ones, possible, impossible, rational, or irrational. It doesn't matter. The focus is just create ideas and build a list... tap into your own creativity and get back to your true nature; a creation machine. :) Keep a curious mind.
