The Embodied Womb

After TTC this past year, reading every book, tracking every bio-marker, and trying to perfect my diet and exercise daily, I was feeling burnt out and less fertile than ever. Enter… Stesha! Her message is exactly what I needed to remind me that tapping back into my feminine energy and tending more to my frequency than my “fertility to-dos” was what I needed to reclaim my fertility. Not only do I now feel closer to my baby than ever, I just feel so much better on a daily basis now that I’m no longer micromanaging every aspect of my fertility. I can’t thank you enough Stesha!

I came across Stesha’s work a few months ago and it is so clear that she is doing what she is meant to be doing. Her energy and conviction around what she offers is unmatched. This is one of those podcasts that I will pause other podcast’s to hit play on the new episodes as soon as they come out.
