After serving in the Marine Corps for 13 years, Kevin retired and was hired by the Culver City Fire Service, where he currently serves as the Fire Captain. KOCT is a non-profit, live stream peg outlet partially funded by the City of Oceanside and powered by Cox Cable. The organization commits to programming the issues that directly impact the everyday lives of Osiders and aims to keep locals well-informed and actively engaged with the latest Oceanside news.
