Lara has been so great! I found her podcast a few months back and I have listened to every single one. I had almost every single symptom she listed in her shows. I reached out to her for help. I started her program about a month ago and it has totally changed my health not only for me but I have overhauled my entire families food and lifestyle choices. Well worth the investment!
