A path to a better you and better life in 52 weeks!? Yes please!

I love the topics discussed on the show and how it came to be as well as the idea of making improvements to one’s life over the course of a year (52 weeks). Was grateful to be a guest on the show in 2023 and have enjoyed the show ever since. Great to see successful women talking about real issues and sharing what’s worked for them as well as their guests!
