Life in the Leadership Lane

I just listened to the Life in the Leadership Lane Podcast Episode 154 and I truly loved it. It doesn't look like I can leave a comment on apple podcast so I figured I'd leave it here. This podcast was so encouraging. I loved the conversation that developed about the word resilience. In life we are thrown many curveballs and often times takes turns or go down paths that we never expect we will come across during our journey. Resilience is so important when pursuing your dream. You both said that you are the only one that can talk yourself in to or out of your dream and that requires true resilience. I was so encouraged to hear your story of pursuing your dreams and passions. As a senior who is currently getting ready to look for full time jobs, this has caused a lot of worry in my life because of the uncertainty that I currently have with what's next when it comes to following my dream of working in sports. This podcast encouraged me though and reminded me that the Lord does have a plan for my life that I can trust in and that through his strength alone he will make me resilient and sustain me through whatever comes my way.

Bruce is an amazing host who has exceptional guests on. Every single episode has tangible action steps you can put into place and valuable lessons learned to help you along your leadership journey. Highly recommended for new and seasoned leaders!
